Barre star of the month: Leslee

 

How do you feel your body has changed from Barre classes?
Overall, my entire body has become more sculpted and toned. I feel like I have more definition in my arms, legs, and core than I ever did before!

What is your favorite part of coming to Barre Centric classes?
I love the high energy work-outs like Barre Cardio, catchy playlists, and enthusiastic instructors. My friends and I LOVE coming to barre and getting in a full-body work-out that focuses on good form and really caters to all strength levels.

Advice for anyone who is thinking about trying his or her first barre class?
I would say if you are thinking about it, then DO IT! I have no regrets. I was in a car accident a few years ago which left me unable to exercise for almost 2 years, and barre was one of the first work-out classes that I was able to do and even excel in. Even though I still suffer from neck injuries from my accident, I feel that each class really focuses on correct form so I never fear that I am straining myself. Slowly, I am building my strength back up and I am loving every minute of it. I go to multiple classes per week (or even per day) when I can, and I would encourage anyone to do the same!
