Barre star of the month: Minsun

How do you feel your body has changed from Barre classes?
The Barre class makes my core (abs-butt) so tight. especially, including core and hip flexor exercises are very helpful, those are highly like to involve reducing lower back pain. Also, my posture and balance is improving. I worried about the severe C-curve on my lower back, but barre basic postures and build-up exercises are very helpful to fix my whole body correctly. I feel good energy wise from inside of my body out.

What is your favorite part of coming to Barre Centric classes?
I am sure I love every part and also the variety of classes such as centric/express/bounce/resistance. I would like to give to instructors lot of credit detail explanation about the posture during the class. The classes content seems to be updated every 2 weeks in the same class. I can try different postures with slightly different feeling from my body. I can feel I am getting stronger and improving everyday.


Advice for anyone who is thinking about trying his or her first barre class?
I highly recommend just trying the barre class for anyone whoever wants to be stronger and build up your body more balanced and tight. You don’t need to be perfect, just try any class and start with the small movement, then you can feel a huge improvement.
