How do you feel your body has changed from Barre classes?

Overall, I feel so much stronger. By targeting these small muscle areas, I am seeing noticeable tone and definition in my thighs and arms. My butt is firming up and shrinking too. 🙂 These classes have improved parts of my body that were not budging despite cycling 60 miles per week.

What is your favorite part of coming to Barre Centric classes?
All the instructors are welcoming, upbeat and professional yet not intimidating. They help us all get the most out of each workout, offering modifications or challenges depending on the move and what you’re up for. My favorite part is the last child’s pose at the end of class when the workout is done and you know you did something worthwhile. You feel great physically and mentally. Always really glad when I make it to the Barre!

Advice for anyone who is thinking about trying his or her first barre class?
Try it! It’s totally worth it! Every exercise and move you make, you can feel your muscles strengthening and burning in a great way and you know you’re doing something your body is really benefiting from. Even for us uncoordinated girls, it’s a real do-able program, you’ll get the hand of it before you know it, and good results will follow! Highly recommend Barre Centric!
