Barre star of the month: October

How do you feel your body has changed from Barre classes?
My body is changing in a way no workout before has. I feel tighter from my ankles to the tops of my shoulders. My hips and have gained so much strength which tends to be my weakest part. Ive noticed my legs/butt and arms are definitely firmer. It definitely motivates me to keep coming!

What is your favorite part of coming to Barre Centric classes?
It’s hard to pick a favorite part of coming to class but I love that all the equipment is provided for you! You literally can run out of the house(which I do at 5:30am lol) and show up!

Advice for anyone who is thinking about trying his or her first barre class?
Just get to barre! Age and shape doesn’t matter and You do not have to be a ballerina you have muscles that are screaming ( In my case, shaking) to be discovered. So much love!!
