How do you feel your body has changed from barre centric classes?
I took my first Barre class in January because I was looking for a new fitness hobby and it seemed like a fun activity and a great workout. I had never taken one before. Since then I have definitely noticed that I am more flexible, stronger and more toned. Exercises that I can remember struggling with in the beginning I am able to do now- I find that to be very rewarding.
What is your favorite part about coming to barre centric classes?
I find Barre Centric classes to be very effective ways for me to de-stress after a tough day. Most days I come after work and I find that any tension and worries I have disappear by the end of class. Barre class helps me focus and release energy is a healthy and positive way.
Advice for anyone thinking about trying their first barre class?
For anyone thinking about trying a Barre Centric class my advice is TRY IT! It’s a great, motivating atmosphere and instructors are fantastic. It is definitely a consistent highlight in my day.
