We are Gia and Rachael and we created Barre Centric after feeling so frustrated from trying to stay in shape in our “post-dance” days of our lives. The gym atmosphere was not nearly as fun as the dance studios we were used to, and we were searching for a fun and effective workout that we wouldn’t dread doing.
In 2011, we decided to take our knowledge and expertise in the fitness and dance industry and bring safe, effective barre workouts into a welcoming and clean space where everyone knows your name.
Together, we have taught over 10,000 barre classes and trained many instructors along the way. We are here to make you feel a part of a unique fitness community who supports, and lifts one another up.
Our favorite targeted sculpting and toning exercises will help you feel your absolute best when you walk down that aisle to say “I do!”
Our bridal tone up challenge is a supplementary 28-day program that consists weekly of 5 days of toning, 1 day of stretch & flow and for the last day you can pick from any of our full body bonus videos.

Why our members love the barre
I highly recommend trying a Barre Centric class! I am not a dancer, I don’t do all of the moves perfectly, but I definitely see results and feel better than ever. I used to think that the only way to stay in shape was to do all sorts of wild workouts with lots of jumping and kicking but you can get an even better, low impact workout from Barre.
