How do you feel your body has changed from Barre classes?
It’s fun to watch my body become stronger week after week. Especially my arms, something I always struggle with. For example, two weeks ago I was doing some pretty fancy tricep dips without any trouble and I felt so proud of myself!

What is your favorite part of coming to Barre Centric classes?
Barre is the one hour of the day, where no matter how hectic the rest of my life is, everything else just kind of fades into the background. I get to focus on me and my own personal goals and what I want out of that hour. The instructors are so positive and uplifting and it makes it such a happy place to be. It’s something to always look forward to.

Advice for anyone who is thinking about trying his or her first barre class?
Barre is for everyone! There are modifications for all fitness levels, so you can participate without feeling out of place. Do the modifications that make sense for you. The instructors help everyone with their form, from first class to 1000th class, ensuring that you’re getting the most out of your workout.
