Barre star of the month: Chelsea

How do you feel your body has changed from Barre classes? I feel that my balance has improved as well as overall core strength. I know that psychologically, it has served as an amazing outlet for stress. Oh, and I can almost do the splits now!!!

What is your favorite part of coming to Barre Centric classes? Sweating. I enjoy the people in class, the uplifting vibe and the feeling of getting a tough workout. All of the teachers are supportive and approachable which also helps a lot. I mean Mandy let me into my first class 10 minutes late as I was rushing there from work without ever having been to Barre Centric prior.

Advice for anyone who is thinking about trying his or her first barre class? Just go. You will get addicted to a healthy form of exercise for your body and mind. Not to mention, you will have a blast in doing so.
