How do you feel your body has changed from Barre Centric classes?
I started noticing a difference in my body after the first week! I’ve been going for about 2 months now and notice a solid difference. I’m getting stronger without adding bulk, firming areas that were hard to target in other forms of exercise and leaning out. 

What is your favorite part about coming to Barre Centric classes?

Advice for anyone thinking about trying their first barre class
Do it! I’ve tried lots of different forms of exercise and I think Barre is my favorite so far. I don’t leave feeling depleted like hot yoga did to me, I don’t have the joint paint that I use to have from traditional weightlifting and crossfit. I love that you can  push yourself at whatever level you are at and still get a great workout, and work your body in a gentle yet effective way. I didn’t think it was going to be for me- since I have no dance background (and rather of the clumsy side) but that isn’t the case. I’m totally hooked!
