How do you feel your body has changed from Barre classes?
I feel toned and leaner from barre classes especially in my legs. I have also noticed my posture has improved, as well as my flexibility. The classes changed more than my body, I feel much more confident as well.
What is your favorite part of coming to Barre Centric classes?
My favorite part of coming to Barre is the mental break. It’s completely me time where I can listen to the music and burn away the stress of the day. If I’m ever having a bad day, I look forward to going, I get such a positive energy from class.
Advice for anyone who is thinking about trying his or her first barre class?
Stop thinking about it and try it- you’ll be hooked and you will see results. It’s a fun workout that goes by quick in such a comfortable setting with friendly people. Don’t worry about not being able to do all the moves, you’ll get the hang of it and the instructors are great about correcting your form and answering any questions. And make sure you give all the classes a try!
